BY KEVIN SAWYER – His name is Andrew Basiago. He is currently a lawyer in Seattle but he has traveled in time and he is running for president. While the other two who are running for president are just talking loudly but not really saying anything, Andy does, indeed, have a plan for the country. In fact, he has 100 of them.
Among his 100 proposals, his platform if you will, include the following:
- That former presidents publicly admit that they were told of their destinies in advance.
- That, as president, he will tell the nation, and the world, all about America’s time travel history and current technologies.
- The CIA needs to be reformed to an “open source intelligence” situation and that Edward Snowden should be pardoned and given the Medal of Freedom.
- As president, he will address the nation on television and reveal the true nature of the extraterrestrial presence here on Earth. He also wants the next president to tell people that ET races began coming here in great numbers after the atomic bombings in Japan that ended World War Two and because they were concerned about all of the nuclear testing that was going on down here.
- He will reveal the true nature of American military bases both on the moon and on Mars.
- He wants Bigfoot put on the endangered species list. He has had personal encounters with them twice.
- He wants a ban on immigration, the end of the Affordable Care Act (Obamacare), and a true effort to end hunger and homelessness in the country. He also wants the government to ban the use of fluoride because it is toxic waste from aluminum production and is the main ingredient in both Prozac and rat poison.
- He wants a new investigation into the 9/11 attacks and wants a public explanation for the $2.3 trillion that simply disappeared the day before the attacks.
- He wants the next president to lead an international effort to free Earth’s 27 million slaves and that the spraying of poisonous chemtrails by American government agencies come to an immediate halt.

It was as a young boy that Andy became involved with the U.S. government’s time travel experiments known as Project Pegasus. This top secret project was developed back in the late 1960’s by the Defense Advanced Research Projects Agency (DARPA). The program was exclusively developed for time travel experiments. The legendary inventor and genius, NiKola Tesla, had invented and actual teleporter that could move people through time and this was used as the means of transport. Andy says that he was recruited by DARPA in 1967.
Andy said he was sent back as far as one million Earth years and says that he was sent to observe Abraham Lincoln’s Gettysburg Address among the many places in time that he was sent over the years. In the early 1980’s, he states that he was sent to Mars with a young man named Barry Soetoro on a mission that he doesn’t currently talk about. Barry Soetoro has since changed his name to Barack Obama.
Andy says that this is a photograph of him taken at Gettysburg when he was sent there to witness Lincoln’s address.
Andy said of Project Pegasus that, “They trained children along with adults so that they could test the mental and physical affects of time travel on kids.”
He also has gone on to say that DARPA developed even more advanced technology that enables time travelers to travel in time without having to physically teleport. They are moved back in forth through time in their minds. It is similar to remote viewing but is actual time travel.
Andy is quite certain that he will, eventually, be elected President of the United States of America. His time window, he says, is sometime between 2016 and 2028. His campaign is being run from both his website and Facebook page.
“I just recognize that the truth ultimately prevails,” Andy said. “I recognize that some people view me as a liar, or as crazy, or they’re envious that they were not involved. But, I’m simply sharing what happened to me. I’ll get a certain amount of disbelievers but I’ll also get a certain amount of believers.”
