The Voice singer and YouTube star Christina Grimmie, who was fatally shot last week while signing autographs after a concert in Orlando, will be laid to rest near her New Jersey hometown.
The 22-year-old was murdered by a man with no personal connection to her, who then fatally shot himself after being tackled by her brother.
Adam Levine, frontman for Maroon 5 and The Voice coach for Christina, has personally offered to cover funeral expenses for Christina as well as travel costs for her mother.
A viewing is scheduled for Friday at Fellowship Alliance Chapel in Medford. A memorial service will be held Friday night.
