Republican presidential candidate Ben Carson confirmed Wednesday that he has no plans to abandon his run, despite being at the bottom of the New Hampshire primary on Tuesday night.
Chris Christie and Carly Fiorina have already suspended their campaigns.
“We’re not getting any pressure from our millions of supporters,” he said on CNN’s “The Lead”, when asked about his weak performance.
“I’m getting a lot of pressure to stay in the race,” the retired neurosurgeon added. “I respect that and I’m not just going to walk away from the millions of people supporting me.”
Carson argued that he is still capable of victory in South Carolina on February 20.
