British sniper saves man and child from near beheading

When contemplating all the travesty wrought by ISIS, chalk one up for the good guys.

A British special forces sniper shot down an Islamic State jihadist executioner as he was about to behead a father and son. He was shot

from more than a half mile away.

The execution site was found after the sniper’s unit had been tipped off by an Iraqi spy.

Those who were facing execution are Shiite “infidels”.

According to an unnamed military eyewitness to the Daily Star newspaper (UK), “there were several decapitated bodies already lying on the ground”.

“Through binoculars, the soldiers could see that the crowd were terrified and many were in tears,” the source said.

Women were being held at gunpoint and forced to watch executions.

A man and his son who were both blindfolded were pulled from the crowd and forced to their knees.

The source continued,“A tall bearded man emerged and drew a long knife,He began addressing the crowd and slapping the father and his son around the head and kicking them onto the floor.”

There was a knife-wielding jihadist and two men with AKs.

The sniper struck the executioner down with a .50-caliber rifle.

The other militants were killed. Boy and his father were then freed and ran toward the Turkish border.

An aerial drone attack plan had previously been rejected as there was a possibility of harm to innocent bystanders.
