25% of federal government employees said in a new poll that they would consider leaving their jobs if Donald Trump were to become the President of the United States.
Approximately 14% of respondents, many of whom hail from the top ranks of government agencies say they would definitely consider leaving according to the poll. It was conducted by the Government Business Council. Another 11% said they may consider leaving.
Among self-identified Democrats, 42% said they’d consider quitting, while only 8% of Republicans said they would.
6 in 10 overall would be “embarrassed” to work under President Trump.
