He is known as the vampire killer of Texas. His name is Pablo Vasquez and, in 1998, viciously and ruthlessly murdered a 12 year old little boy. He savagely beat the little seventh grader to death and then took out his knife and slit the boy’s throat open. he then admitted that he picked the boy up so that the blood would run from the open wound and then proceeded to drink the boy’s blood.

He was found guilty of murder and sentenced to death. Today, at 6PM Texas time, he will be killed by the state of Texas by lethal injection. When the police finally found the body of the little boy, he was under a huge pile of sheet metal. The medical examiners said that the dead body no longer had any skin on the back and that the corpse was missing both of the arms. There was, also, a giant hole that had been cut into the back of the little boy’s head. the reports also stated that the body had been so beaten by Vasquez that most of the bones in the 12 year old’s body were broken beyond recognition.

At the time, Vasquez was only 21 years old and law enforcement suspected that it may have been some sort of cult related ritual killing. Vasquez told the police that he drank the boy’s blood because the Devil told him to do so. His execution will be the sixth one Texas has carried out in 2016 and the eleventh one nationwide this year.

At his trial, the jury deliberated for only one hour before coming back with a guilty verdict. the murder happened in a suburb of Houston after the victim had left a teenage party. Vasquez told police that the Devil had also told him to remove the boy’s head but Valesquez said he made several attempts using a shovel but said he couldn’t get the head off the body.

All of his appeals have been exhausted though his lawyers hope the U.S. Supreme Court might stop it but, at this time, it seems unlikely. Vasquez refused all requests to be interviewed prior to today’s execution.
