Microsoft gives Ahmed Mohamed a big surprise

Ahmed Mohamed, the 14-year-old who brought a homemade clock to school and got arrested after it was mistaken for a bomb, has received an outpouring of support from the world, including President Obama, Mark Zuckerberg, and now Microsoft.

Alia Salem, the executive director of the Dallas Council on American-Islamic Relations, tweeted this today:

I wonder if MS regrets giving the stuff to the kid now that everyone knows that all he did was take apart a bedside alarm clock and put it in a pencil box?

Heck...as a case mod, it wasn't even a very good job...it looked ugly as hell.
